    1. Peel the potatoes and put them into a saucepan and then bring them to boil
    2. Season the potatoes and add cooking oil then Mash then
    3. After 10-20 minutes remove from heat and draini the water
    4. Add the cow peas and mix with the mashed potatoes until they are well mixed
    5. Put the meat into a saucepan and bring it to boil until it becomes tender
    6. Fry onions until brown
    7. Boil the cow peas for 10-15 minutes and ensure they don't change colour
    8. Add tomatoes and green pepper cook for 5 minutes then add meat
    9. Stir the meat and add some water add black pepper and bring it to boil and serve with mukimo
